All services are provided based on the scope outlined at the time of booking or purchase. Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may require an additional fee. Final deliverables will be provided once full payment has been received.
Due to the custom nature of our work, Au Naturel Studio does not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to increased sales, engagement, or website traffic. We provide design and strategy services, and results may vary based on how the client uses the final product.
Payment is required to secure your booking. By submitting payment, you agree to complete the transaction and understand the terms associated with your purchase. Failure to complete payments may result in paused or canceled services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or violation of these terms.

Refund Policy

At Au Naturel Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom design and branding services. Due to the time, strategy, and creative effort involved, all sales are final.
For custom services such as web design and branding, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and full payments. Once a project has begun, significant time and resources are allocated, and therefore refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments, regardless of project status or personal circumstances. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services and withholding of final deliverables.
For digital products, templates, or downloadable resources, all purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
If you experience any issues accessing your files or receiving your deliverables, please contact us and we will ensure you receive what you purchased.
In the unlikely event that Au Naturel Studio is unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the work completed.
